Frederick Pulido, the founder of Freak Performance, specializes in hypertrophy and fat loss training. Hypertrophy training is focused on developing and increasing the size of your muscle tissue fibers. Training will consist of moderate weight and reps.

Ryan Loredo, Lead Strength Coach for Freak Performance, specializes in strength and glute training. Strength training is focused on your ability to push, pull, squeeze, lift, squat, and jump among other movements of the body.  Training will focus more on compound movements
